SETX Marketing is a leading liquor tasting and promotional staffing agency proudly serving the entire state of Texas. We specialize in delivering high-energy, professional brand representation to help our clients boost sales and awareness for their wine, beer, and spirits brands across bars, liquor stores, grocery chains, and special events throughout the Great State of Texas.

We’re actively recruiting enthusiastic Promotional Models / Brand Ambassadors for upcoming on-premise and off-premise promotions!

In this exciting role, you’ll represent top-tier brands by engaging customers and event attendees, pouring samples, sharing product knowledge, and driving positive brand experiences — all with professionalism, energy, and expertise.

What We’re Looking For:

Must be 21 years of age or older
MUST hold current TABC certification (seller-server training)
MUST have a valid driver’s license
Strong presentation and verbal communication skills
Natural consumer appeal and ability to connect with people
Ability to stand for extended periods (typically 4–8 hours per shift)
Capable of lifting and carrying heavy trays, boxes, and product cases (up to 40–50 lbs)
Maintain a positive, professional demeanor even in fast-paced or high-stress environments
Reliable personal transportation and willingness to travel to events, including out-of-town and rural areas throughout Southeast Texas
Flexible availability, especially on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays (events primarily occur on weekends, though some weekday opportunities may arise)

This is a part-time, flexible position paying $25–$30 per hour (based on your experience, event type, and performance). Previous demo, sales, or promotional experience is a big plus but not required — we’ll provide thorough on-site training and brand education from our seasoned team members. Payments are made bi-weekly.
